Hey everyone,
If you’ve been hanging around the forum lately, you know we’ve been working on ways to give you more control over how the app runs your business. You told us you wanted less app-switching and an AI that actually sounds like you.
We heard you loud and clear.
Today, I’m pumped to announce that our brand new Tools Section is officially live in your dashboard! Here is what we just rolled out to help you work faster and smarter this week:
1. The Built-In Quote Calculator
Speed to lead wins the job. You shouldn’t have to put an agent on hold to open a spreadsheet and do mental math for square footage, age, and drive time. We built a Quote Calculator directly into the app so you can generate accurate, consistent pricing on the fly and lock in the job before your competitor even checks their voicemail.
2. Custom AI Prompts (Your Voice, Not a Robot’s)
AI is great for speed, but out-of-the-box AI can sometimes sound a little generic. Now, you hold the reins. With the Custom AI Prompt tool, you can adjust the underlying writing style of the AI. Want your summaries to be highly technical? Punchier? More educational for first-time buyers? Just tell the engine how you want it to write, and it will match your exact professional tone.
3. The Smart Glossary
Every inspector has their own shorthand, and we all know how frustrating it is when dictation software hallucinates an acronym. Our new Smart Glossary lets you input your custom terms, local slang, and specific acronyms (like PRV, GFCI, or AFCI). You are literally teaching the AI your vocabulary so it gets it right on the first try—no manual editing required.
How to try it out: Head over to your dashboard, click on the new Tools tab, and take these features for a spin. Set up your glossary, tweak your AI prompts, and run a test quote.
As always, this update exists because of the feedback from this community. Drop a comment below and let me know how these are working for you in the field, or if there is anything we can tweak to make them even better.
Let’s crush it this week! ![]()
