How to Set Up Custom Prompts in SwiftReporter

  1. Go to your Dashboard and click Tools on the left menu.

  2. Select Custom Prompts.

  3. Type in your style or content preferences in the box (e.g., “Keep titles under 8 words” or “Use plain language a homebuyer can understand”).

  4. Test it before saving: Use the built-in Temporary Observation Panel to drop in sample notes and preview your summary live against your active template.

  5. Click Save Prompt! Your prompt will automatically apply the next time you summarize an observation. (Note: Clearing your prompt returns you to default instructions and won’t alter past observations).
