One of the biggest requests we’ve had lately is a way to stop playing phone tag with agents while you’re out in the field.
We just pushed an update live on the web app: Public Bookings are officially here.
You can now generate a custom booking link to drop straight onto your website so clients and agents can schedule themselves directly onto your calendar.
How to set it up:

Head over to the Account page on the web dashboard.

Toggle on External Bookings.

Set your business hours, active days, and appointment lengths.

Copy the generated link and slap it on your website’s “Book Now” button.
You completely control your availability, and it saves you from having to answer the phone while you’re half-way up a ladder.
