I’m just getting my business set up and I really like using Square for my payments and appointments since it’s free to start.
If I use Square for all my admin stuff (booking, agreements, payments) and just use you guys for the actual reports, is that okay? Are there any extra fees or weird limitations if I don’t use a ‘built-in’ scheduler?
I’m trying to keep my overhead low starting out, so just checking!
Hi Ben, you can integrate with Square by connecting your square appointments account from the ‘Account’ section of SwiftReporter. (SwiftReporter)
You can set a filter on the appointments that you want to see, the locations, or the team members if you are at a company with many people in the same calendar. When you have a booking, you can create an inspection for that booking or link them, and then it will show the payment status of your inspection booking in SwiftReporter and import the customer details into the inspection you create.
There are no additional costs when you link your Square accounts.
